Chris Clapp
Biography
Chris joined Keoghs in 2014 as member of the credit hire division management team. Prior to Keoghs, he held key roles in both claimant and defendant insurance outsource providers, specialising in mobility and damage claims.
Chris has played a key role in the development and growth of Keoghs pre-litigation proposition. He is now focused on being the Market Lead for our credit hire services. In addition to providing market insight, strategic guidance and account management to key clients, Chris is also a point of liaison to our supply chain and credit hire organisations.
Chris is now regarded as one of the prominent experts in his field, and is regularly asked by our client base to consult on their credit hire processes, claims handling best practice, market analysis and internal performance.
