David Tyson
Biography
David has over 30 years' experience of defending personal injury claims on behalf of insurers. He has particular expertise in catastrophic claims involving brain injury, spinal injuries and multiple amputations.
Aside from serious claims arising from motor accidents and accidents at work, his varied caseload has included claims involving 49 fatalities; salmonella poisoning leading to the premature birth of triplets, leaving two dead and the third suffering from severe cerebral palsy; and attending Public Enquiries. David was also involved in a number of leading decisions, including Wilkinson v Ancliff Ltd CA [1986] and Khan v Armaguard CA [1994].
David now works part time on various projects assigned to him by the CEO.
