John joined Keoghs in 2012 to oversee the Keoghs Credit Hire Unit, and was made Partner in 2014. In 2015 he was made Motor Services Director retaining responsibility for working with insurer clients on developing strategy to reduce indemnity spend in volume motor claims through the implementation of targeted approaches and analysis of market behaviour.
John is also a member of the thought leadership team advising clients on upcoming Government reforms, market development and production of data benchmarking. John is often asked to speak at market events on credit hire matters and has worked with the ABI on matters such as the CMA investigation into private motor insurance. Before joining Keoghs, he held both claimant and defendant claims management roles, and has extensive exposure to the inner workings, processes and supply chain utilised by the credit hire industry over the last 15 years.
