Mark began his career at Keoghs in 1999 and has specialised in defendant insurance litigation, particularly credit hire. He was involved in the "Helphire litigation" and the Harris QC appeals at the turn of the millennium.
Mark qualified as a solicitor in 2003 dealing with a mix of RTA/EL/PL and latterly RTA counter fraud, before changing career to retrain as a physics teacher. Mark rejoined Keoghs credit hire team in mid-2009.
In 2010 Mark moved into Keoghs' Complex Credit Hire team and is now regularly dealing with, and providing advice on, credit hire claims in excess of £25k together with more modest claims involving indemnity disputes.
