Martin re-joined Keoghs (where he had previously worked for 10 years) in August 2009 as a partner. He is experienced in defending EL/PL and RTA cases up to £1.5m in value and beyond. He has experience from ‵both sides′ of the insurance litigation spectrum having previously run a small claimant practice dealing primarily with complex EL & PL cases.
Martin routinely handles a broad range of catastrophic injury cases but has a particular interest in complex chronic pain claims. He has acted for many of the UK′s household name insurers and has account management responsibilities. In addition to fee-earning work he also provides regular training for a number of clients. Martin has acted for a number of clients in HSE prosecutions, inquests and still enjoys court advocacy.
