Stefanie is a dual-qualified commercial dispute lawyer, based in our Glasgow office but also working from our London office.

The broad areas in which she practices include shipping, transport and leisure (including claims arising from international carriage of goods by road, sea and air). She also handles niche cases involving health and safety, policy disputes, fraud and complex cases relating to historical abuse.

Stefanie has a keen interest in the ports sector and is well versed in the variety of issues that arise at ports ranging from damage to port infrastructure involving professional negligence, unpaid port dues, theft and health and safety.

She is a member of the British Ports Association, London Maritime Arbitrators Association and Scottish Shipping Benevolent Association. She also holds a Certificate in P&I Insurance from an International Group P&I Club.

Notably, Stefanie is part of the Comité Maritime International Working Group on Polar Shipping, and has been invited to head up the sub-group that deals with the applicability of the COLREGS in the polar regions.
