Toby Evans
Biography
Toby qualified at Keoghs in 2006, before re-joining in 2012. Since qualification, Toby's entire practice has been in insurance fraud, advising on fraud risk and strategy - predominantly in motor fraud cases, but also employers' liability, first party and public liability fraud cases.
Toby has a particular interest in bus/minibus claims, recoveries, and exaggeration cases; acting for a number of household name insurers and large-scale fleets. Together with case-handling, Toby has been involved in setting the fraud strategy for a number of insurers and fleets and providing training across all sites to a national insurer on topics such as Jackson reforms and fraudulent claims, recoveries pre and post-proceedings, the litigation process and tort of deceit.
