Lifestyle Claims

Our lifestyle team can effectively deal with any type of claim or dispute originating from a number of different insurance policies, such as for travel, pet, gadget and household cover.

Our expertise covers claims and third party disputes both inside and outside of the home or premises as well as policy coverage and advice.

We can handle cases at any stage of the lifecycle, from pre-proceedings through to litigation; from claims validation through to recovery strategies.

As gadgets, pet bills and travel become increasingly expensive it makes sense to insure these items. However, a resultant effect of the growth in this area is the increase in fraudulent claims. For some areas, such as mobile phone insurance, cases require minimal information to effectively validate a claim – therefore identifying suspect claims becomes more difficult. Our fraud experts offer a number of solutions to tackle these growing areas of fraud.

Keoghs’ lifestyle specialists also have an in-depth knowledge of the technicalities involved with claims falling under the Animals Act. Our work with the Animals Act means that we frequently repudiate cases related to pets and, despite their unusual and complex nature we have an enviable track record with such cases at trial.

Lifestyle claims can be tricky. At Keoghs we use a wide range of defences and tactics, balanced with sensitivity to client care issues

Our latest #credithire #blog has been released. This time we take a look at approaching strategies in the right way ow.ly/SBKh30dVfPd
