The Corporate and Sector Risks team specialise in providing incident and claims management solutions to protect the financial and reputational interests of many UK private and public entities predominantly in the self-retained market.

What sets us apart is our people, passion, commitment and results for our clients.

In a claims environment where success and failure is determined by quality claims handling, data insight and an understanding of incident and claims behaviours, we integrate with and align to a variety of operating models and risk management insurance programmes.

As the leading provider of claims and legal services we are uniquely placed to provide:

  • A single source solution, via designated teams
  • Premier relationship management from our dedicated client suite
  • Award-winning IT and infrastructure
  • Tailored and flexible MI and business intelligence
  • Unrivalled sector insight, innovative processes and claims risk initiatives

We do this through six specific sectors:

We handle claims from a wide selection of food and drink businesses that can be largely split into two categories – manufacturing (e.g. breweries, dairies, production facilities) and consumer facing (e.g. restaurants, fast food providers, catering service providers). We also handle claims from ingredients producers, pet food manufacturers and food distribution/storage providers – the latter working in conjunction with our motor claims team who provide expertise in transport and logistics.

We are a market-leading provider of legal and claims management services to transport and logistics organisations, split into three main sectors – transport & logistics (including distribution); bus, passenger transport operators (including bus, coach and rail); and the hire/rental market.

Our clients are varied, including general and marine insurers and intermediaries, domestic and global logistics operators, corporate and institutional clients who purchase logistics services and operate a supply/distribution chain. Our clients value the quality of our people, our market knowledge and our commitment to achieving success for them.
