Ivor is part of the Corporate and Sector Risk Practice team and leads the Food and Drink Sector. He specialises in handling casualty claims related to the food and beverage manufacturing/service sector and associated public and product liability claims. He is a specialist in food allergy and food illness claims from pathogen contamination.
Ivor is a legal adviser and committee member with the IOSH Food & Drink Industries Group and conducts advanced training in practical accident investigation and claims defensibility. He also acts for logistics companies and retailers and has experience with handling claims within the CAHA scheme for rail operators and associated companies and counter fraud casualty claims.
