Keoghs has developed its IT infrastructure in such a way that it enables a large number of our employees to work effectively outside of our office environments.
We aim to achieve a work/life balance where we empower our people to work in an agile and flexible way that better supports their needs and requirements and that allow business and personal development needs to continue to be met. We have extended our commitment to maximising flexibility through our agile working procedure; which provides opportunities for many of our people to choose how and where they work.
As a business, we value the differences and benefits that a diverse workforce brings. We are committed to creating and maintaining an environment that embraces diversity and inclusion and where everyone is treated equitably. To support this we have a dedicated Diversity, Equity & Inclusion committee focussed on developing a culture where we recognise and support that everyone is unique.
We want you to join Keoghs for more than a role - we will therefore invest in your development from day one and give you the opportunity to build a career with us.
When you first join Keoghs we will take you through a structured on-boarding programme to help you understand our business and the basics of your role. We know everyone is different and that development requirements are different depending upon your existing knowledge, skills, experience and capability. So after learning the basics you will take control of your own development and work with your line manager to make sure your development plan is right for you.
We put our people at the centre of everything we do and so we are extremely proud of our values which were created by our people for our people.
