Gary Fitzpatrick
Biography
Gary is our director of technical claims solutions and sits on Keoghs’ main executive board, playing a key role in developing Keoghs’ long-term growth strategy.
He is one of our most experienced strategic client relationship partners and regularly speaks to insurers, brokers and businesses about the challenges they face in today′s dynamic claims arena.
Gary is a partner and has practised for many years in complex public, employers’ liability and disease-related claims; including catastrophic personal injury claims, also managing many floodgate scenarios on behalf of large commercial organisations and intervening in the Supreme Court on behalf of medium and small sized employers in the case of Baker v Quantum. He set up Keoghs’ first ever dedicated legacy team in 2005.
