Graham Lynch
Biography
Graham works in our corporate and sector risk practice team. He specialises in high value personal injury claims in the bus, coach, logistics, private hire and personal lines sectors. He has a particular interest in head/brain and spinal injury.
Graham joined the Keoghs in 2018 from another law firm where he had been a partner for 23 years. He heads the firms motor litigation team and deals with claims arising in the bus, coach, logistics and private hire sectors and also deals with personal lines insurance work.
Graham's expertise is in large loss and he represents a significant portfolio of corporate clients and their insurers in relation to fleet and motor claims. He specialises in high value brain and spinal injuries but also has a varied caseload involving polytrauma, amputation and fatal accident claims. He deals with cases pre and post litigation and advises on how actions are funded, policy issues, liability, causation, quantum and tactics.
