Jason is a partner with over 10 years’ experience of handling complex medical malpractice and sporting claims. Jason joined the Keoghs London office in 2018.
Jason advises insurers on policy coverage and regularly represents insurers and their insureds at mediations and arbitrations involving medical malpractice and sporting disputes, Coroner’s Inquests and GMC/ GDC regulatory hearings. He also has experience in acting as monitoring Counsel in multi-jurisdictional/ international disputes.
Jason has particular experience in acting on behalf private healthcare providers including plastic and cosmetic surgeons, general practitioners, orthopaedic surgeons and dentists. He also has significant expertise of representing professional football and rugby clubs in addition to individual players in a wide variety of claims including player-on-player challenges, contractual disputes and those involving in-house medical issues.
Jason is a dually qualified solicitor in England and Wales and attorney in South Africa.
