Amanda is a partner and business unit director for our complex injury claims teams based in Bolton, Coventry, Liverpool and Manchester as well as for the nationwide Crime & Regulatory team. In these roles, Amanda is responsible for the operational and financial performance of these business units; the people development; and importantly, the service delivery to our clients, by ensuring their quality objectives are met.
Since joining Keoghs in 1999, Amanda has progressed from lawyer to team leader to business unit director. Amanda has successfully managed teams and business areas across core & volume and complex divisions at Keoghs, giving Amanda broad experience in defendant insurance litigation.
