Andrew specialises in insurance related advice, litigation and dispute resolution. Areas of particular focus include policy interpretation and disputes, fire and special risk claims (including recovery claims) and commercial disputes. He also has a particular specialism in product liability and product recall claims. Andrew has over 35 years’ insurance industry and litigation experience including 11 years’ experience as a loss adjuster, dealing with a range of high value, complex property, fire and accident assignments.
Andrew conducts subrogated recovery actions for a wide range of insurers, building owners, local authorities, owners and commercial insurers. He also advises on professional indemnity claims brought against a range of professionals, particularly those in broking.
