David is an Associate Lead Lawyer instructed to advise on a full range of catastrophic injury claims, including brain injury, spinal cord injury, amputation, and fatal accident claims. Whilst predominantly dealing with road traffic accidents, he has extensive experience of both employer and public liability matters as well. David’s specialist interest is liability and brain injury cases, having been recognised in the Legal 500 as having ‘significant expertise in dealing with brain injury cases’.
He frequently delivers training to clients on a range of subject matters and is the lead for our Care and Rehabilitation Specialist Interest Group.
