Eoin is an Associate in our Glasgow office. He is dual qualified to practice English, Northern Irish and Scots law.
Eoin is highly experienced in defending high value and fatal claims arising from employers, public liability and road traffic accidents. He also advises clients regularly on occupational health, disease and stress/harassment actions. He is regularly called upon by clients to handle sensitive matters at claim inception. Eoin has extensive experience in acting for sector 1 domestic and foreign insurance clients, large corporations in the supply and retail sectors, local authorities and offshore oil and gas companies. Eoin has particular expertise in challenging claims involving chronic pain, and claims where there are indications of fraud, exaggeration and malingering.
He is also experienced in dealing with claims where indemnity is at issue and advising Insurers on such matters.
Eoin regularly conducts advocacy in the All Scotland Personal Injury Court on behalf of clients and has a successful track record of defending claims through to trial.
