Gareth qualified as a solicitor in 2006, and joined Keoghs in 2023. He is based across our Bolton and Leeds offices.
Gareth is experienced in pursuing subrogated recovery claims arising from property damage on behalf of major insurers. He regularly deals with claims arising from all perils including fires, floods, and escapes of water, with a particular interest and expertise in subsidence claims including disputes relating to Tree Preservation Orders.
Gareth has a broad insurance background, having previously defended professional negligence claims against construction professionals. With experience of both recovery and liability claims, Gareth has good understanding of the merits and risks facing insurers in their claims and accordingly provides practical strategic advice.
