Gary joined Keoghs Counter-Fraud team as Partner following 12 years at a major defendant insurance firm, where he was Head of Fraud. He has a varied practice of motor and employers' & public liability claims, with particular experience in grossly exaggerated claims involving alleged brain injuries and pain disorders.
He advises clients on indemnity and coverage issues where dishonesty is suspected and has run many successful tort of deceit actions where exemplary (punitive) damages have been awarded. Gary delivers training and speaks regularly at seminars as well as have articles published in industry publications.
