Ieuan has advised on a significant number of high value and complex credit hire claims and appeals over the last decade, with a real focus on novel or strategic arguments. This includes the Supreme Court appeal of Armstead v RSA and Court of Appeal decision of Davies v Yousaf. Ieuan regularly advises insurers on vehicle damage strategy, processes and audits, market strategy and provides bespoke training. Ieuan was also the winner of the inaugural Insurance Times Young Achiever award in 2023.
