Jo heads up Keoghs’ Birmingham professional indemnity team. She has considerable experience in acting for insurers and their insureds in a wide variety of claims, including multi-million pound, cross-jurisdictional disputes. Jo specialises in high-value litigation against solicitors but also defends claims against construction professionals, property professionals, insolvency practitioners and accountants. Jo has also pursued recovery actions and advises clients frequently in relation to high value, complex coverage issues.
Having spent time seconded to a global insurer, Jo has a good appreciation of disputes from every angle of the defence team and understands the commercial realities of defending claims.
