Kendrah Graham is a Legal Director within Keoghs Corporate and Sector Risk practice.
Before joining Keoghs Kendrah had been with her previous firm since 2007. She specialises in defending civil claims against retailers and logistic companies. The nature of this work entails technical legal advice as well as commercial and brand reputation decisions and she also assists clients with risk management.
Kendrah predominantly deals with large loss, complex EL/PL claims to include complex regional pain syndrome and other pain disorders, amputation, brain injury, psychological injury and bullying and harassment claims. The majority of claimant’s in these claims are seeking significant ongoing future losses to include earnings, care, pension and home adaptations.
She is responsible for managing a team of 10 case handlers who focus on driving down indemnity spend whilst protecting retailers’ and insurer’s interests.
Kendrah acts on behalf of several prestigious clients of the firm and is on the firms retail strategy team which has enjoyed sustained growth in the last two years.
