Marsha has 20 years’ litigation experience. She has worked within the Complex Injury team for the last 10 years, handling employer's liability, public liability, and motor cases with a value of up to £2m.
Marsha has extensive experience advising in relation to a wide spectrum of injuries, including spinal trauma, amputations, brain injuries, and chronic pain cases. She is often instructed to advise on cases which involve complex accident reconstruction, telematics, or engineering evidence.
Marsha has an interest in Animals Act cases and regularly deals with cases involving animals. She has also been instructed to advise on indemnity and policy coverage in relation to these cases.
Marsha frequently delivers training to clients covering a wide range of topics.
