Natalie heads up our Market Affairs team, guiding clients through key policy developments affecting their businesses and the insurance industry. She engages with government officials, including the Ministry of Justice, to stay informed and influence relevant policies. Natalie collaborates with key industry stakeholders and regularly meets with MPs and Peers to discuss with, and inform them on crucial policy areas.
She shares valuable insights with clients through regular market updates, aiding them in their business planning. A Solicitor by trade, Natalie joined Keoghs from the ABI, where she was responsible for managing and developing the ABI’s policy positions on a range of civil justice issues including: whiplash reform, the discount rate and MedCo development. Prior to this she specialised in defending chronic pain cases, criminal prosecutions, and managing investigations after serious road traffic accidents.
