Niall is a Senior Associate Solicitor in our Ireland office. He advises major international and national insurers and loss adjusters on matters ranging from personal injuries, subrogation and general insurance litigation and dispute resolution, across professional indemnity, product liability, property damage and material damage claims, from District and Circuit Court through to High Court and Court of Appeal.
He has extensive experience of defence personal injuries and defamation litigation alongside commercial disputes, debt collection and enforcement for lending institutions, trespass claims and right of way claims.
