Nicole has recently joined Keoghs as a Partner and Lead Lawyer dealing with large loss and complex injury claims. She has experience of casualty work but her main focus is RTA cases, typically valued up to around £5m. She has also been called upon to assist other lawyers in defending claims in excess of £10million.
Nicole’s experience includes claims involving amputations, complex fractures, fatalities, polytraumas, TBIs and spinal injuries. She is frequently instructed on claims involving indemnity issues and complex liability disputes.
Receiving diverse instructions has provided her with an extensive knowledge of claims handling and the capability to provide client tailored specific outcomes. Nicole is often praised for her ability to build strong working relationships both with opponents and clients, which she believes is fundamental to her success in running claims efficiently and delivering commercially focused results.
