Oliver is a Partner in our Complex Injury Team based in Manchester. He specialises in large loss and catastrophic injury litigation. Oliver qualified in 2005 and has extensive experience dealing with complex multi-track litigation for insurer clients. He has a particular interest in brain injury cases and is a member of Keoghs Brain Injury Special Interest Group. He also regularly deals with complex coverage/indemnity, liability and quantum issues including polytrauma, brain injury, functional neurological disorder, fatal accidents and chronic pain cases. Oliver has achieved substantial savings for clients through effective investigations and identifying fundamental dishonesty. He has lectured many times on areas including motor insurance, pedestrian liability, rehabilitation, brain injury, and case management. He has built a reputation over the years for his commercial approach and rapport with clients.
