She has a history of success working in our real estate practice, acting for both private and commercial clients in the purchase and sale of residential property, retail units and warehouses and development of housing schemes. She also advises on issues of landlord and tenant law.
In recent years Pauline has developed a particular speciality in loan book sales, mortgage enforcement, debt recovery, title & security reviews and has acted on behalf of venture capital funds and receivers.
