Rachael is a partner based in the Keoghs Corporate Risks Team in the Liverpool office having transferred from Clyde & Co in November 2022. Her case load primarily comprises of claims for a large retailer and a London bus company and she also provides support on casualty claims.
A large proportion of the cases Rachael deals with involve chronic pain. Rachael was involved in ensuring that BLM and its clients were ready for the expansion of the portal to include EL and PL claims and therefore has a very good understanding of the portal process and the supporting protocol.
