Scott joined Keoghs in 2011 and has progressed through the firm to qualification as a solicitor in September 2018, having completed his training contract while studying for the LPC part-time.
Scott has since established himself as a key member of the senior credit hire strategic team and acts as a client lead for several of the firm’s clients. He works closely with insurers to identify emerging market trends and to provide strategic and technical advice.
Scott specialises in handling some of the market’s most complex and high-value credit hire claims, having handled credit hire matters in excess of £500,000, as well as the handling of appeals and cases with wider market impact.
In addition to his casework, Scott also plays an active role in developing talent within the firm, providing direct supervision and training to many of Keoghs lawyers. He is also regularly involved in delivering training and insight to clients, reinforcing Keoghs position as a market leader in credit hire litigation.
