Working At Keoghs
At Keoghs we all contribute towards a positive, friendly and rewarding workplace, and whilst this means we can enjoy what we do, lots of other elements help make Keoghs a great place to work.
Consideration is always given to flexible working arrangements, helping you achieve a satisfying career without compromising your personal life.
Investing in Our People
We believe people are our biggest asset and so we continuously invest and develop our people in technical, people management and leadership skills.
Developing your technical and professional skills
From your first day, our HR team and Technical Trainers are responsible for delivering structured technical training throughout your career to help you achieve your full potential. We also operate a sponsorship scheme to help you acquire professional qualifications whilst running an in-house academy for fee earners to achieve a pre-requisite level of legal knowledge.
Diversity & Inclusion
We aim to create a working environment which is free from discrimination and harassment and which respects the diverse backgrounds and beliefs of colleagues.
Keoghs recognises the benefits of having a diverse workforce and we endeavour to recruit from the widest possible pool of suitable candidates, with opportunities open and accessible to all on the basis of their skills, knowledge and experience.
Gender Pay Gap
In line with the regulations now in place we report our overall initial gender pay gap percentage of mean 14.28% and median 13.19%. The figures are below both the national and sector averages according to the recent data published by the Office of National Statistics.
