Developing your technical and professional skills
From your first day, our HR team and Technical Trainers are responsible for delivering structured technical training throughout your career to help you achieve your full potential. We also operate a sponsorship scheme to help you acquire professional qualifications whilst running an in-house academy for fee earners to achieve a pre-requisite level of legal knowledge.
