Ciara has practised Law for over 17 years and since she qualified, she has advised each of the Irish banks in transactions and projects and has advised extensively in the drafting and amending of security documents for specific cases and for generic use. She has combined this with an extensive legal practice in commercial property. In both recessionary and flourishing eras since 2005 Ciara has advised on insolvency matters.
Banking: She has worked for banks on corporate, and non-corporate to include syndicates and individuals, providing her banking clients with practical and proactive advice on the structuring and securing of multi millions in loan values.
Commercial Property has always been a bulwark of Ciara’s practice, acting for corporates, property developers, investors, and institutions in investments in, sales, purchase, and commercial leases of commercial property, from offices blocks to hotels and licensed premises.
