Laurie has over 22 years’ experience in defence of large and complex EL and PL claims, Health and Safety Executive prosecutions, RTA claims and prosecutions, and conduct of FAIs, over a decade of which at partner level. She has a wealth of expertise advising insurers, large corporates, public bodies, and individuals in large and complex injury and regulatory claims, including those arising from fatalities and catastrophic injuries.

She is adept at providing clear and practical regulatory prosecution, civil claim, FAI, and motor prosecution defence advice to companies, directors, policyholders and individuals in the aftermath of fatal and catastrophic incidents. Laurie has extensive experience with high profile, sensitive cases attracting media interest. She advises clients from the immediate aftermath through to conclusion.
