Peter is experienced in handling multi-track, high value motor, employers′ and public liability claims. He handles claims for leading insurers up to a reserve value of circa £3million. Peter is regularly instructed by leading defendant insurers to conduct early investigations and advise in large loss claims, which involve complex employers’ liability issues in the construction industry. His previous work experience in this sector is highly valued by clients and he often provides training on his specialist areas to insurers and their clients. Peter also handles a variety of motor claims and works closely with the MIB.
