Rebecca’s cases include gross negligence manslaughter, serious road traffic investigations, as well as health and safety investigations/prosecutions, CQC investigations/prosecutions, public inquiries before the Office of the Traffic Commissioner and inquests, along with more traditional criminal defence work. She works with hauliers, bus & coach companies and any operators of licensed commercial vehicles to ensure they are compliant with all the regulatory requirements and represents them at magistrates’ courts, transport tribunal or public inquiry if called to do so.
Rebecca holds a Law Society accreditation in Criminal Litigation for both Police Station representation and for Advocacy in the Magistrates Court.
