Rebecca is a Solicitor and Partner in the Coventry team, with over 16 years’ experience handling complex RTA, employers’ liability and public liability claims. She handles multi-million pound catastrophic injury claims involving both adults and children. Rebecca has considerable experience of dealing with claims involving spinal cord injuries, brain injuries and amputations. She has a firm understanding of the significance of rehabilitation in these types of claims and is experienced in claims for future accommodation and care packages. Rebecca has also dealt with cases involving Periodical Payment Orders.
Rebecca is a member of Keoghs’ Amputation Special Interest Group and offers regular mentoring and training to insurers. She acts for a range of insurer clients and is recognised as a key lawyer in the 2022 Legal 500 Guide.
Rebecca also frequently advises on complex policy indemnity issues and she is experienced in undertaking detailed and complex liability investigations.
