Our latest update is based on data across 2024, which includes information from claimant and defendant expert reports together with rehabilitation reports and advertised rates. For the first time, the analysis also incorporates a comprehensive survey of current (late 2024) rates being charged by over 140 care agencies covering the breadth of England, Wales and Scotland.
