The service, which can be provided to all compensators, is the market’s first true end to end third party claims solution. A combination of leading IT, supply chain capability and technical expertise is utilised to proactively reduce third party claims costs in the post CMA landscape.
Captivate assists third party claimants following non-fault accidents by providing repair services, vehicle replacement and processes to handle personal injury claims. Where the claimant has elected to have services provided on credit, there is now the option of a seamless transition to Keoghs to proactively monitor and manage the claim through their market leading solution.
