Keoghs Property Risks & Coverage team’s expansion continues apace with the launch of a permanently based Manchester team. Our national Property Risks & Coverage team now consists of over 90 specialist lawyers and has a proven track record in property risks and coverage claims and providing practical, hands on support to a range of key insurer clients. 

In relation to having a permanent presence in Manchester, Partner in the team Paul Annesley said: “This is an exciting development. As we emerge from the pandemic, it is clear that there has been a fundamental shift in working practices. Keoghs has operated a hybrid working model for many years to ensure the team has a positive work life balance. That said, the feedback we have received from some of our junior lawyers is that they do miss occasional face-to-face time in the office. We felt that utilising our existing Manchester office to incorporate a permanent Property Risks & Coverage presence was a natural next step in terms of accessibility and to support those living in the city. It also ensures we are on hand to support our key clients in the Manchester market.” 

Greg Dawson, also a Partner in the Property Risks & Coverage team who will be using the Manchester office, added: “We believe this offering will really add to our well established offices in Bolton, Bristol and London, for both our clients and staff. Combined with our paperless IT system, this offers flexibility and support for Manchester based colleagues, whilst still allowing them to collaborate with the teams in our other locations.”
