Keoghs sign up to new Insurance Fraud Bureau (IFB) affiliate membership
News And Events05/04/2017
Keoghs have joined the IFB’s fledgling affiliate membership programme as one of ten launch members.
The affiliate programme has opened up IFB membership to a tranche of companies working in the insurance supply chain, from defendant law firms and investigators to loss adjustors and third-party administrators.
Affiliation enables Keoghs to engage more closely than ever with the IFB in relation to the compliant and effective exchange of counter fraud intelligence, whilst also potentially contributing to cross-industry investigations currently managed by the Bureau.
Keoghs’ innovative counter-fraud team has been at the forefront of detection and prevention for nearly two decades and is one of the most experienced in the insurance industry, recently winning awards for its impressive results with Late Notified Claims and also the unprecedented private prosecution of 21 fraudsters.
Commenting on the membership, Director of Counter-Fraud Strategy, James Heath, said;
“Our intelligence-led approach is built on a unique and highly regarded insurance fraud intelligence unit. Consequently we are delighted to become a founding IFB affiliate member, utilising our intelligence and expertise to help the industry take the next step towards a more collaborative approach to fraud identification.”
