Keoghs has previously highlighted the issue of violence towards retail staff; the hidden danger of working in this sector. Despite the heroic efforts of staff to keep the country going during the worst of the Covid-19 pandemic, the issue has been getting worse.
At a recent meeting of the All-Party Group on Spinal Cord Injury, concerns were raised over the loss of specialist beds in the NHS for spinally injured claimants through Covid-19 and the risk that they will not be returned to spinal care. Lead of the Spinal Special Interest Group, Emma Spencer, looks at the consequences for insurers dealing with this sort of claim.
